The directors of Gearing Recruitment Solutions – GRS Ltd have operated in technical recruitment for over 20 years. Specialising in white collar permanent and freelance recruitment solutions.
In construction we have supported large tier one M&E contractors through to local regional bases businesses. The companies we partner with may deliver large £100m+ new build or refurbishments projects, or a £250k plant room refurbishment. For us, the business we work with need to be of similar values and principles to us, so that candidates we place have the best opportunity to progress and develop.
With in the water industry we have supported the largest AMP frameworks across the UK including Thames Water, Southern Water, Severn Trent, United Utilities and Scottish Water. Utilising our vast experience in MEICA and Civil Engineering for large industrial contracts, we have recruited for tier one civils and infrastructures companies with in construction, maintenance and consultancy engineering. Along side large and regional MEICA and Civil contractors.
